Resolved Question: How does Obama fit in time for vacation when he's always working?

The Obama's are shockingly on vacation again, this makes their 6th Holiday this year. That's not even counting all of Obama's golfing or his wifes trip to Spain, Florida, N.C, and Maine.. How does work get done? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/barackobama/7952796/Obamas-to-begin-sixth-holiday-of-the-year.html

Resolved Question: Democrat Obama is going on another vacation. How much time has Dem Obama spent in the White House this summer?

I know Democrat Obama has vacationed at the Gulf, Maine & Chicago. I know he's been on campaign stops all around the nation. I know he's golfed far more than Bush ever did. I also know he's leaving for another vacation for 10 days on elite Martha's Vineyard. How many days has he actually spent working in the White House this summer? Seems to be far less than any president I can remember.

Resolved Question: What was more WORTHY of our tax dollars...sending Michelle on vacation to Spain OR flying the family dog...?

solo on a Gulfstream jet to Maine instead of having him on Air Force One with the Obama family? What was a better use of OUR TAX DOLLARS? And instead of emulating the discipline and self-restraint and “care for others” that they lecture us about, they have chosen instead to max-out the credit cards on their own self-gratifying expenditures, and leave the rest of us – mom and dad, adult siblings, and the grandchildren – to find a way to somehow make the minimum monthly payments. What else can you say about a First Couple who takes 8 vacations during their first 18 months in the White House? This, of course, is the President who spent his first year in office repeatedly reminding us that the economic conditions he “inherited” were the “worst since the Great Depression,” all the while logging over 200 hours playing golf. And last month the Obama’s spent our scarce tax dollars providing a “separate flight” on a Gulfstream jet to transport their dog “Bo” to the family vacation destination in Maine-apparently Air Force One could not comfortably transport both Bo, AND the Obama family, all at the same time. And now, America and the world have been treated to Michelle’s “vacation” in Spain (this is not a “state visit,” but indeed a personal trip) with forty of her best friends along for the ride, and her husband left at home. Even the New York Times has had to acknowledge the “hefty bill” that American taxpayers will end up paying, which may approach half a million dollars or more by the time “Michelle and friends” return home. Such blatant disregard for the perceptions and sensibilities of the American people are often very politically costly for a President. But what we are seeing from Barack and Michelle is not merely a matter of being “tone deaf” or “out-of-touch,” as many in the media are claiming these days.

Resolved Question: Do you think the Obamas are too stressed out in Washington?

Poor President Obama just returned from a vacation in Maine, and now he has to take another vacation in Florida. Michelle is so stressed out that she will be going to Spain, before they take a 10 day vacation in Martha's Vineyard in August. The long hours on the golf course don't seem to relieve his stress.

Resolved Question: To all of the people concerned about how much golf the President plays....?

When is the last time Obama spent a week "clearing brush" on his "ranch"?? August 2007 "Bush on track to become the vacation president," Julie Mason headlined in the August 9, 2007, edition of the Houston Chronicle:[1] "On Thursday, Bush left for a weekend in Kennebunkport, Maine, and his family's summer compound, Walker's Point. On Monday, he heads to his Crawford retreat, where he has spent all or part of 418 days of his presidency, according to Mark Knoller, a CBS News White House correspondent and meticulous record-keeper. "...The presidential vacation-time record holder is the late Ronald Reagan, who tallied 436 days in his two terms. At 418 days, and with 17 months to go in his presidency, Bush is going to beat that easily." !!!! 418 DAYS with a year left in his term.... the man had MISSED MORE THAN AN ENTIRE YEAR OF WORK in a 7 year period..... and we are concerned about GOLF???? To anyone who can even REMOTELY compare the EPIC FAILURES of G.W. Bush to the job performance of the current President of the United States.... WAKE THE F%CK UP!!

Resolved Question: Volkswagen Jetta/Golf/GTI or Audi a4?

I am 16 and looking for my first car. I have long been into European cars and Volkswagens/Audis, and often buy PVW magazine. I am looking to spend between $4000 and $7000 on a car. I have a job at the local supermarket and have saved up a decent sum of cash. My question to you is what would be a better choice: Volkswagen mk4 Jetta/GTI/Golf, or an Audi a4 b6? I am leaning towards an '99 Audi a4 Quattro that I have been drooling over for a couple weeks but I'm not sure. I have also found an '01 GTI vr6 that would do the job pretty well.. but I live in Maine and the awd is pretty appealing... anyway, what do you think? ANYTHING American is completely out of the question... Now that thats outta they way I don't mind the Japs but I know if I found myself behind the wheel of a Honda or Toyota I'd still check my mirrors anytime I saw a VW. I know some can be unreliable, but I have a good eye and I can find ones that have been properly maintained... I also know a discount parts and repair place that does a professional job for much less than even a Honda being repaired at a dealer... its completely worth it for me... trust me. Corvette... A car with over 500 horsepower... available with an automatic transmission?... NO. Why would I spend an arm and a leg to buy a redneck American overpriced GM (government motors) "sports car"!?!? Also "I don't know what I'm getting into"? Please explain.... And to the people that answered my question... Audi looks like the better choice then? THANK YOU!
