Resolved Question: will i get into UBC or UofC?

Here is my info, I have a 3.1 GPA, no community service, did golf for one years, track for two, and cross country for one. what are the chances i will get accepted? i've gone to high school in hawaii and want to apply to UBC Canada and University of Calgary.

We're planning a family vacation to Hawaii. (10+ people) We're looking for some sort of all-inclusive resort. We'll have a toddler and infant with us. Please help with suggestions on where to stay. Somewhere with villas perhaps. A nice spa and golf resort? Thanks much!

Resolved Question: Your 10th anniversary story?

We were married in late May in 2000. This year was our 10th. He took us to the airport and said "We are going to Maui" and we all were happy and excited. He said he took care of everything. My work, his work and everything. So there was nothing to worry about. Then we flew to Maui and we stayed at a nice hotel. The next night he took me out to dinner and we had another room in the hotel. "The Honeymoon Suite". Then he entertained us in the trip for 2 weeks. We did a whole lot. Never a dull moment! 2 weeks into the trip and then we all went to a spa for spa day. Then the next day, it was 2 pm and he took us to a wedding venue and said "We are renewing our vows today. This is why were in Maui." and then we all got excited, got ready and our family surprised us. It was a small beach ceremony with 150 guests. The ceremony and pictures was at 5:00 pm and then our reception and dinner was at 7:00 pm and then it ended at 12:00 pm. Then we all came back to the hotel, sent the kids to bed and we both had a bath together and went to bed at 2 am. Then we had a pool party at our hotel the next day and us family went to the beach that night. Then the next day we golfed, packed and left Hawaii. He rented us a Yacht! He said we will be on it for 1 week to get back home. It was a nice private yacht. It was super pretty too! We scuba dived and stopped at islands. Then we were back home and enjoyed our time together. We did different things back at home and we had 2 weeks off. Then after settling back in, he took me to dinner at my favorite restaurant. Best anniversary ever!

Voting Question: Why do you think Obama lacks empathy for Americans and their suffering?

He doesn't seem to care about Americans that don't have jobs, or are worried that they might lose their job. He mocks us at every chance he gets. He constantly goes on vacation, goes to expensive basketball games, goes golfing and to Hawaii...sends his wife and kids on million dollar vacations to Europe. When is he going to start caring about Americans? Where is the empathy? It's almost as if he is purposely trying to ruin this country and trying to harm us as much as he can.

I am secretary at a office in Honolulu. I got a call yesterday from this nice women saying that she was looking to contact her husband who came to Hawaii to go to a golf tournament and big convention that the company put together. At first I thought maybe there was a golf tournament and I just didn't know about it. But then I put her on hold and asked one of my colleagues and she said that there isn't a gold tournament and that her husband is full of sh*t. I put the women back on the phone and told her that I and my other colleague I work with hasn't ever heard of this golf tournament and big convention. She then said thank you and the tone of her voice sounded like she was trying to prove a point that her husband was lying. Then after I got off the phone with her I said to my colleague, he is definitely cheating. Do you think he is cheating? I know, its so sad. That guy is such a loser to lie about a gold tournament and " big convention". what a loser.

Resolved Question: Best Hawaiian Hotel for four 18-year olds?

4 of us are going to Hawaii after we graduate, a gift from our parents. Which hotel would we have the most fun? We want at least 4 stars Alot going on, nothing too romantic and boring. Good beach, pools, golf. Maui, Big Island, or Kauai. Don't want to pay through the roof. Between $175 and $300 a night. Thanks for the help!
