Miami Beach at Golfwithall

Miami Beach is one of the top tourist destinations of Florida. It is a city full of history and at the same time enjoys a modern cosmopolitan atmosphere. The old town has some of the finest historical architecture, in contrast with the gleaming modern structures in the new town.

You can get there by flying on a Florida Airline which offer budget flights daily to a nearby airport. Alternatively you can take a train or Greyhound bus from a number of other destinations.

You can stay in one of Miami Beach's many elegant resort hotels, or for the budget traveler, the city offers a number of inns and motels. If you are staying longer, you might consider renting a holiday condo or apartment.

When you are in Miami Beach you can simply enjoy the sun, or there are a number of other opportunities for sightseeing - a visit to the city's museums and galleries is always worthwhile. Alternatively you could explore the narrow streets of the old town on foot, shopping for souvenirs in the many charming designer boutiques. On Sundays the central park is always full of young people who meet for picnics under the shady trees. For the more active, there are opportunities to play golf or tennis. Those who enjoy water-sports can go fishing or swimming. You will probably want to hire a yacht or motor cruiser for the day to reach the best locations.

Getting around Miami Beach couldn't be more easy. The city is well served by taxicabs and a modern bus network. If you want to venture further afield you might hire a car and take of to see the sleepy villages in the Florida countryside, or drive to the coast to while away the afternoon in one of the many secluded areas along the coastline.

Miami Beach comes to life in the evening. The city has dozens of excellent bistros, delis, and restaurants, and there are many lively bars and clubs to while away the night into the early hours of the morning.

Whatever your interest, Miami Beach, Florida, has something unique to offer.

Open Question: Translation To Spanish Please?

We decided to go to Sea World as well while in Florida. We saw some great shows from the whales and dolphins. They had a lot of fun things to buy there. We all also got on the one roller coaster that was there. We walk around there for a long time in the heated, but the rest was very enjoyable. My sister brought bang all of stuff that was very silly and childish. Back at the resort we found a miniature golf course. We were playing for a long time and the whole family had a great time. I won. The next we went visit family that live in Orlando Florida. Our moms talked all day. The kids were outside playing tag and me and my brothers player basketball. We bonded with our relatives a lot. On our way back to the condo my mom saw museum. I thought it would be boring but it was Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum. Everything in the museum was weird and creepy. We did a lot of fun activities in Florida. I will never forget it. The weather was great and I would love to live there or just visit again.

Open Question: what is he thinking? i cant tell?

so my boyfriend was perfectly fine last week. this monday, softball started for me and golf started for him. his practices are right after school(245ish) and mine are at about 4 for now. soon they'll be at 6. but since we have the practices, we haven't spent any time together. we didn't really talk much either. now, he barely talks and is all mopey. last night i had him call me and he said he was laying on ice packs because his back was hurting. i asked if that was why hes acting so weird and he said, "yeah, sorta, sure." i said, "sorta?" and he said, "yeah." i didn't want to pry, so i decided to let it go and he'd tell me when he wanted. we were on the phone for at least an hour and a half and he didn't talk almost at all. eventually i stopped talking and it was completely silent for at least a half hour. then he said, "are you still there?" and i said yeah. so he said, "well im going to bed. goodnight." and as soon as i said it back he hung up. he never texts me back anymore. but its really weird, because he still holds my hand, kisses me, and gives me actual hugs instead of the little touch-and-go hugs. hes also still very protective of me. hes really conservative so he never really likes to talk about his feelings, which i respect, so i just kind of have to guess whats wrong and wait it out. but this time its a little more complicated. i saw his myspace status and it said "my back hurts, i hate my job, and my golf swing sucks." so that's all i have a clue about. also his family is making him go to florida with them and he didn't want to, so he was mad about that. otherwise, i have no idea what could be wrong, but me and my friend know it must be something really deep. any ideas?

Open Question: Looking to move to Orange County In florida and need information.?

Me and my family would like to move to florida soon, and we are looking for information on the best towns, school districts, and shopping areas as close to Orlando as possible. We are looking to buy a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, with at least 1,500 sq. A pool would be nice also. No gated, golf, or waterfront homes. We would attend the local high school there, so if you could give me a link to their home page, that would be nice. Thank you.

Resolved Question: How good do you have to be to play college golf?

I just started playing golf just over a year ago and I'm already about an 8 handicap right now, I have gotten this far without a membership to any course and this summer I know if I play enough I can get down to probably a 3 or 4. I am a Junior in high school so I have begun to look at colleges and I know I am not good enough to go play at a powerhouse Division I school like Oklahoma State or Florida but I would love to play college golf. I don't care if it's Division III level but I just want the thrill of the competition. I know I can't play golf as a career but I'm just wondering what my handicap needs to be for me to play golf at a college level. Please be nice, I know I have a long way to go and I know I'm not gonna be on the tour next year I just love the game and I want to continue playing at a competitive level for a bit longer after high school.

Resolved Question: Suppose I punch out my soon to be ex-boss.?

Here's my story, sorry if it's a bit lengthy. At the tragic expense of my grandfather's sudden and early death, I've recived my multi-million dollar inheritence earlier than anticipated. He was an executive for Warren Buffets Berkshire Hathaway and bought up several hundred shares of stock while they were dirt cheap. My current financial situation is this: A 41 year annuity of $207'000.00 a year (Actually direct deposits monthly.) Also a secluded cabin in the Hawaiian islands as my permanent residence, and 1.5 Million remaining in uncommited dollars spread out in three bank accounts, that will be my retirement when my annuity runs out at the age of 61. As you can see, I'm a 20 years man and set for life. Further more, and you can correct me if I'm wrong about this, that's why I'm here asking, but it would seem that I have nothing to lose when I go in for my final check. You see, a week from this friday, I go in for my final check. I am assistant manager at a golf course and absolutly despise the boss. She has made the last year of my life miserable, and instead of going out with a handshake, I'm thinking of going out with a literal bang. Because, I live in Pensacola county Florida, and my flight to my new life in Hawaii is 11am a week from friday in Tampa. So, two hours before the flight, I get there at opening at 9am, noone else is there, I get my check, rough her up a bit then high tail it out of there. This is my opinion: Even though Tampa, the location of an airport is a neighboring county, the process of extradition remains nonetheless. So, even if she can tell the police I'm there (Which I do not believe she would know), there would be way too much legistical stuff to be able to get me before the flight takes off. (Even if they did, i could pay my bail, then leave, and consider it worth it.) As single mom collecting child support, we can rule out her suing. She would not only have travel expense that she likely cannot afford, but there's absolutly no way on earth she can afford an attorney who can take on the one I hire. Not to sound like I'm gloating, but I can afford any attorney on earth, she cannot. Expect her to not even consider civil action. I don't like her attitude, but she's not downright stupid. Last but not least, this IS a repost. I'm asking again because last time everyone was talking about extradition. Consider it this way: The DA is going to pay out of his budget, provided by taxpayers, to have me extradited all the way back from Hawaii over a simple assualt charge. He's gonna cover the expense of my arrest in Hawaii, and pay to put me on a plane, and fly me halfway across the pacific just to get to the west coast, than transfer planes on or two times back to tampa? Simple assault charge? I think we can rule out extradition of that distance for 90 % of all crimes. So, am I foolproof.

Resolved Question: Questions about the Pensacola, FLA area for a family vacation?

We're a family of 4 with two adult children(21 and 17) We've been to the gulf coast of Florida near Fort Myers Beach, but never Pensacola. We are planning a trip at the end of May and have these questions for those who've been there: 1) what area is best (Destin, Fort Walton Beach, etc ) and why 2) we love the beach-golf-shopping-spa-dining - which area has all these withing walking distance (or nearby) 3)hows the weather in May? Finally - we are considering the Inn at Crystal Beach - ??Any comments/suggestions? Thanks- we haven't been on a family vacation in many years- so we're looking forward to it! Thanks so much!!!! Hayle!

Resolved Question: Suppose I punch out my soon to be ex-boss (You MUST see additional details to understand situation)?

Here's my story, sorry if it's a bit lengthy. At the tragic expense of my grandfather's sudden and early death, I've recived my multi-million dollar inheritence earlier than anticipated. He was an executive for Warren Buffets Berkshire Hathaway and bought up several hundred shares of stock while they were dirt cheap. (Even if they did, i could pay my bail, then leave, and consider it worth it.) And, although a state wide warrant for my arrest would be issued (And as a person who interned for the DA in high school I know it would be only statewide) it would not affect me anywhere else. I can guarantee that the DA's office will not pay precious money out of their budget to extradite me all the way back from Hawaii over a simple assault charge. Also, she's in no position to sue: My annuity and my bank accounts except for one small one is all Swiss based. Will SOME Swiss banks disclose the accounts existance? Yes, but I'm not concealing them anyway, and they still will NOT aid any US court or IRS in freezing, garnishing the funds in any way. Plus nonpayment is judgement is not a criminal offense, it's civil. But even before that, she knows who can afford the much better attorney, and suing across state lines, plus the travel expenses of coming to the islands, simply costly to the extent that it wouldn't be in her udget. I hate her, but stupidity is not the reason. She's smart enough to realize what I just said. Without lectures, without telling me to get over it and enjoy my new freedom (Believe me I will afterwards) am I foolproof? A week from today I should say
