Florida at Golfwithall

A Hialeah, Florida, boutique hotel is like a work of art - hard to define, but you know one when you see one. A boutique hotel implies a lodging that is small and intimate, yet active and full of energy. A 21st century Hialeah boutique hotel is much more complex than a conventional branded Florida hotel. A boutique is a one-of-a-kind lodging experience.

Florida boutique hotels have individual personalities, unique to a city or market. Hialeah boutique hotels are usually smaller properties, generally range from 20 to 150 rooms. The smaller property helps to create a more intimate guest experience.

Food and beverage are essential to a Hialeah boutique hotel. The guest restaurant experience should be extraordinary, which creates buzz for the Florida hotel.

Hialeah boutique hotels target each guest individually, as a market of one. The Florida hotel must create a personal experience tailored to each guest that is completely service oriented. Service and amenities should be tailored to each guest's individual preferences. Boutique hotels are usually upscale, rated 4 stars or higher.

Boutique hotels are typically housed in an an older, unique structure that was converted from another use. These structures help the property exude a unique personality for a guest stay. Location of the property is usually not important for the guest experience.

Florida boutique hotels create a combination of design and service that appeals to specific compatible interests. When a guest enters a Hialeah boutique hotel, he will immediately feel at home and find other people there like him. Everything in the hotel must have a purpose for making the guest experience more personalized.

When developing a boutique hotel, psychological and marketing research is used to make emotional connections with brands and products. The boutique hotel property uses this research to create a memorable theme to attract guests.

Open Question: I want to buy my first car?

I want to get a volkswagen car. Preferably the Golf or GTI. Im a first time buyer, i have a stable job im 19 with a sizeable downpayment. Although im having difficulty finding a place to let me buy a car without a co-signer, my dad can not cosign because his credit was ruined by my mom when they got divorced. Im not looking for brand new i just want a used one for a good deal. Where can i get one? i live in central florida, (davenport fl) im willing to travel up 100 miles in any direction for a car where i can setup a payment plan, or get approved for a loan. Im scared to do buy-here-pay-here because i heard they where bad but i dont know why? Can some1 explain why they are bad and possibly list a dealership in my area that would finance or approve me? Also can i get a loan from a bank? is it better than financing through a dealership? Just need some help i really need a car.

Voting Question: will i be a good driver?? is there a way to boost my driving skills?

i am 13, and the state i live in you get your permit at 15 and license at 16, so i was wondering if i will be a good driver, i have ADD and i have asked my mom if she thinks i will be good, but she says the only thing that could be a problem is i don't pay attention that well... also when i go to florida to see my grandma, she lives in a golf cart community (you could drive in a golf cart all over) and i usually drive just around, with my brother who has a permit... he says im a good driver, so is there anyway i can boost my driving skills? also, my family owns a driving lawn mower, can that help me? thanks!!

Resolved Question: Why do the Obamas take so many vacations?

He has golfed more than Bush, his wife just got back from Spain, they were in Florida this weekend and now they are jetting off to Martha's Vineyard for 10 days!? I was pissed that Bush went to his ranch so often but he wasn't jetting around the world either... Does Obama not have advisors or is he purposely trying to lose the 2012 elections? Resolved Question: Health/Sport related question...? (Please Help!)?

This is mainly a health related question pertaining to me but if someone who knows a little something about sports could answer, it would help me a lot. I am 13 years old (I am a girl) and really overweight. I am 196 pounds and I am 5 feet 8 inches. I also have a lot of health issues that are being caused by my weight problem. I have High Blood Pressure, a bad neck problem, and I get heat exhaustion terribly easy. So it is really important that I start loosing weight. But I am kinda in a sticky situation...I have no access for getting exercise. But at first I tried walking around in my neighborhood but living in Florida and going out to walk/run was not a good idea. (I had 3 heat strokes in this sun!) And my mom was not happy about me going around in the neighborhood alone. So next, I tired to work out in my home. We are slap broke so I have no equipment. But I tired a bunch of cardiovascular and muscle work outs. Well, it didn't last long...I could only do it for about 15 minutes before passing out or getting so bored I wished I would pass out (that was a joke, I am being facetious). So now I am here. I know it is imperative that I loose weight or else my health could get even worse. And since I am starting High School in 2 weeks, I thought it would be a good idea if I joined a sports club in my school. I have never really done sports so I don't know which sport I should try. I don't have many choices because my health really is bad. (Just writing it all down in this question, makes me realize it even more.) So I need a sport that won't affect my previous health conditions. But I really need to join one or else my health is just going to get worse. Any ideas? Here is the sports available to me: Basketball, Cross Country, Tennis, Golf, Softball, Track, Cheerleading, Soccer, Swimming&Diving, Volleyball, and Dance team. I am not good at running, or softball, so those are kinda out of the question. PLEASE HELP!!! I really want to loose weight. I NEED to. So I immediately started eating healthier and cut my salt intake. I only get salt that comes naturally in foods and I rarely ever eat bad food. But I haven't lost a pound. I really need an exercise that will motivate me and push me to get this weight off. Being my size brings me to tears. I have not always been this way. I starting gaining weight rapidly after some traumatic events in my life and I could not get it off.

Resolved Question: where should i go to college? EAST COAST COLLEGES ONLY! reward! super confused?

I'm a senior in high school, and I really have no idea where I want to go to college. Only leads are Towson, Pittsburgh and American Academy of the Dramatic Arts. I got a 1688 on SATS first time around and I know I can bring it up. I also have a 2.9 GPA my junior year, which sucks i know but i think i can get easily a 4.0 this coming year. I love seasons, so somewhere that will get some snow maybe? And then also will get spring... aka not florida? I also can't have it over $30,000 per year. I play golf, manage tennis and do theater. Also I have a lot of service hours. Not sure if that helps at all haha but please! I just want ideas. Pittsburgh is my dream school but i'm not sure if i can get in there... PLEASE HELP! THANKS!
